First Floor – Up to 4200 sf – $24 gross
Second Floor – Up to 4200 sf – $14 gross
Third Floor – Up to 4200 sf – $15 gross
Fourth Floor – Up to 4200 sf – $16 gross

We offer flexible lease terms preferably 3 years in length. The lease rate includes all utilities, common area cleaning and maintenance, real estate taxes and hazard insurance. The space is divisible. We will lease an entire floor or a efficient private modular cubicle that is fully furnished. We will finish all space to move in condition with choice of carpet and wall colors. There will be a common men’s and women’s restroom on floors two, three and four.
